White Denim
Does anybody know the story of this band from Austin, Texas? Check out this wonderful clip and the way it's been shot. Rolling Stone mag have listed the song at number 92 of the top 100 singles of the year. They write:

Oscar Season
Dreamworks has launched a Best Supporting Actor campaign for Kirk Lazarus, the character that Robert Downey Jr. plays in Tropic Thunder. Dreamworks is also pushing Downey Jr. for the same award in real life. Weird huh? Might work, but I doubt it.

Oasis Douche
Has Noel Gallagher become the biggest douche bag in music, or what? Read the new interview online at RollingStone.com and you tell me. All I'll say is this: Oasis will never be thought of in the same league as the Rolling Stones. And if they are or ever were, it's very foolish thinking on that person's part.
